Some Odd Eyed Girl digi

Hi all
Did you know that some odd eyed girls come in digi form?.......   no it was news to me too so I typed as fast as I could and popped over to have a gander and of course ended up buying 4 oh dear but for the cost of 4 digis I could of only brought 1 stamp so I think I got a fab deal. I made this little card/wallet to give to a crafty friend on their birthday. I plan to pop a few images inside in the pockets and a list of useful blogs for tips and tutorials. the dsp is 'prairie hill' by pink paislee [my fav] and the sentiment is from hero arts yummy treats set. The keep crafting stamps are from personal impressions from the 'keep calm and' set, the flower i made by cutting some trim and putting a fabric brad through the centre. The yellow saddle stitched ribbon is from the ribbon girl and it was my last piece [boo hoo].

YOUNG AT HEART

Here is a card that has set me off thinking of doing a male card series on my blog and via my youtube channel butterflyamanda
Alot of people say male cards are difficult but I find them really easy as I make them all the time LOL this one is for my great uncle Cliff he maybe 75 but he wants to be 21 again! so I thought this card was fun to send him as I don't get to see him very often as he lives up north, and this year seems to be flying by! The image is from The Greeting Farm from the set My Guy and dsp is MME lime twist fly a kite collection [which is my favourite]. The greeting is also The Greeting Farm from the Just Because set, buttons and twine are from my stash.
I had so much fun making this card so a series is on the way so be on the look out!

SUPER HERO NEEDED

Here is a little card I have made for my great nephew Billy!

To me he is a super hero since he was very little he has been fighting leukaemia and never once has he complained or made a fuss! what a trooper! so for his birthday this year I have used The Greeting Farm stampset Amazing Duo with a dsp Matilda from Cosmo Cricket for a background. I embossed the super words with white embossing powder to make them standout and coloured in super boy with Spectrum Noir pens.

A try out

Here is my try at putting a paper rosette on a card but behind a frame, quite tricky but i like it.I think i might try a more pastel coloured card next time and a thinner rosette, this one is 1 inch thick so there's lots of foam tape on the sides which i hid behind a ribbon, but now i'll have to make an envelope for it , i'm dreading the postage LOL thanks for poppin by
